Coaches Needed
Our league cannot run without our committed volunteer coaches.  While you are registering your child, please consider signing up to coach.  We need coaches to sign up as early as possible to make this a smooth process.  If you are interested in coaching but want to know more about what's involved, please e-mail us at EFBRLbaseball@gmail.com.

When Do We Play?
Opening Day is usually in the beginning of April (once the town gives us the all clear to use the fields) and the season runs through mid-June.  Game schedules will be available in late March/early April as they cannot be set until we know how many players and teams we will have in each division.  Practices are determined by coach schedules and we do not have set practice days.  You can typically expect to play 1-2 games per week in most weeks and they can be on a weeknight or weekend.

What do we need?
All players will need gray baseball pants, a baseball glove, bat and helmet. Cleats are optional in the T-ball and Rookie leagues but necessary in Minor 8s and up.  A team jersey and hat will be provided by the league.

Registration Fees and Divisions
Your registration fee covers many different costs incurred by the League including: uniforms and hats; insurance; town fees for field usage; Cal Ripken charter fees; coach background checks; capital improvements to the baseball fields at the Rec, Leetown and Brettview - many which were made this past year and more are planned this year; umpires (Minor 8s and up); field equipment; baseballs, and much more.
